Refund & Exchange:
For defected items, I will require snapshot(s) of the defected area(s) and will then proceed with the refund/exchange. Refund and exchange will only be allowed within one week after I've have mailed your parcel out.
There is strictly no exchange nor refund policy for items that does not fit you as measurements are given.
Ordering:
All orders will be invoiced within 24 hours or earlier. Please only submit CONFIRMED order. In any case of having the intention to cancel your order, please have the least courtesy to e-mail back to notify me within 3 days after submitting your order or you'll be blacklisted by Skinny Pony.
Items not paid within 24 hours, will be put up for sale again unless other agreements have been made. Items will be sold based on first come first serve basis.
Please remember to notify me by e-mail straight away after payment with a snapshot of receipt, reason being people who e-mail us first with payment details will get the item first.

Local Shipping (Singapore):
All parcels are delivered via Singpost and delivery time takes about 2-7 days for normal mail and 1-2 days for registered mail. In any case of reverted mails, it will take up to a month or less and I'll inform you about it.
Skinny Pony will not be responsible for any lost mails if you opt for normal mail.
Thus, registered postages are highly recommended.
Mode of Payment:
Skinny Pony only accepts POSB/DBS atm transfers.
